Job summary

ArchEn Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation, seeks an Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems for water infrastructure projects, oversee procurement estimates, and supervise commissioning to ensure code-compliant execution.

The role covers site inspections, reviewing drawings and submittals, and coordinating with contractors, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE/PEE preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical design and project implementation.
• Experience in water infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Exposure to both design office work and field/site inspection activities.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Design & Technical Planning: Prepare electrical designs, plans, single-line diagrams, load calculations, and technical specifications for water infrastructure projects.
• Estimation & Procurement Support: Develop quantity takeoffs, BOQ, DUPA, and Purchase Requests while evaluating supplier bids.
• Site Inspection & Monitoring: Conduct periodic site inspections to check quality, verify installed quantities for billing, address technical issues, and witness testing.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain project records, engineering reports, and as-built drawings while enforcing safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Project & Operational Support: Provide technical assistance, assist with project scheduling and cost monitoring, and perform related engineering tasks.
