Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking an Electrical Engineer trainee for entry-level roles in an electrical testing laboratory. The position offers paid training and training certificates, with opportunities to grow in laboratory operations and product testing processes.

Fresh graduates and young professionals are encouraged to apply; NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance is a plus. Salary during training is ₱18,070 with regularization benefits after probation.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or any related electrical course.
NC II holder (Electrical Installation and Maintenance) is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Undergo training for testing various PNS/IEC Standards, including but not limited to plugs, socket outlets, switches, lighting devices, circuit breakers, and electrical appliances.
Receive training on safety, quality, and performance testing of these products.
Gather, analyze, and record data related to product testing.
Become familiar with different testing equipment in a laboratory setting.
Perform maintenance on laboratory equipment.
