Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks an Electrical Engineer to oversee project coordination and site management, ensuring electrical works meet project specs, drawings, and schedules.

You'll lead safety reviews, coordinate with M&E teams and subcontractors, and support testing, commissioning, and documentation from RTO inspections to handover. This role demands strong organization and proactive communication with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities to ensure electrical works are executed per project specs, approved drawings, and schedules.
• Attend Daily Tool Box Meetings (TBM) to review safety, site activities, and workforce coordination.
• Participate in coordination meetings including DABS, logistics, and architectural coordination meetings.
• Conduct site inspections and joint site walks with M&E teams, QA/QC, consultants, and subcontractors to monitor progress and quality.
• Apply and manage all required electronic and hardcopy permits (WAT, Testing & Commissioning, etc.).
• Ensure electrical works comply with site safety regulations and permit conditions.
• Coordinate with permit office for timely permit approvals before works.
• Verify incoming electrical materials against approved submittals and delivery orders.
• Arrange Resident Technical Officer (RTO) inspections for material approval and installation.
