FRONTKEN Philippines Inc. is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer to join our growing team, focusing on project execution, electrical inspection, and testing support.
This role suits fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to apply their technical knowledge in real-world engineering environments. You will prepare inspection reports, initiate material purchases, monitor progress, coordinate NDT services, and provide client updates.
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Licensed Electrical Engineer to join our growing team, focused on project execution, electrical inspection, and testing support. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to apply their technical knowledge in real-world engineering environments.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and submit inspection reports alongside the project Gantt chart.
Initiate purchase requests for required materials and consumables.
Monitor daily project progress and maintain up-to-date tracking, including materials status.
Provide daily project activity updates to clients.
Coordinate NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) services such as PT, MT, and RT.
Communicate with clients to address questions and clarify project-related issues.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of project tasks and milestones.
Generate comprehensive service reports.
Assist electrical technicians during motor solo run testing.
Work closely with QA/QC engineers to schedule and execute final project testing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Licensed or Registered Electrical Engineer.
Preferably with at least 1- 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on repair and maintenance services
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Working Conditions:
Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits depending on project needs.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with the potential for occasional overtime or weekend work based on project deadlines.
Health & Safety: Strict adherence to company health, safety, and environmental guidelines while on-site or during inspections. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Directly reporting to theWorkshop Lead and Engineering Lead
