Job summary

Private Advertiser in Batangas is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support a production line. The role requires familiarity with GMP and hands-on work with mechanical or electrical equipment for setup and adjustments.

You will prepare records, run process checks, train operators, and raise reports for changes and deviations while coordinating with supervisors on schedules and audits. An engineering degree is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–2 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Any engineering degree is required as the minimum educational qualification.
• Basic familiarity with GMP requirements is essential for this role.
• Experience with mechanical or electrical equipment is required for machine setting and adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update daily sterilization records.
• Prepare material and arrange processes.
• Perform daily process quality checks.
• Train and guide new operators.
• Raise and write necessary reports for Process Change, discrepancy, deviation and failure control.
• Provide support for production re-work, scrap/loss, disposal, process validation.
• Directly coordinate with production supervisor/leader on schedule and audits.
• Propose/Implement equipment related improvements for safety, quality and productivity.
• Investigate quality problems related to machine performance and provide corrective actions.
• Assist in monthly stock taking and new process/material setting.
• Other responsibilities assigned by superior.
