Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Design Engineer to plan and execute Electrical Enclosure designs using 3D CAD software in line with customer specifications and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing shop drawings, providing design engineering support, organizing multiple projects, and collaborating with costing, production, and QC teams. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this full-time role in the Switchgear department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial technology or related design/engineering field.
• Experience with CAD software is required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings and product designs for customers.
• Provide design engineering support and contribute to drawings and designs development.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with costing, production and QC teams.
