Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and review electrical systems, layouts, and technical plans.
• Supervise electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Conduct electrical load computations, system analysis, and technical evaluations.
• Ensure electrical systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Review electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, estimates, and engineering documentation.
• Supervise electricians, technicians, contractors, and project personnel.
• Monitor project implementation to ensure completion within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and government agencies when necessary.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved plans and standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting major electrical issues and system failures.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Investigate electrical faults and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor performance and reliability of electrical equipment and systems.
• Ensure proper maintenance of transformers, generators, panels, breakers, and other electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), Occupational Safety and Health Standards, and company policies.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments related to electrical systems.
• Implement proper electrical safety procedures and controls.
• Prepare and support compliance documentation for permits, inspections, and audits.
• Prepare engineering reports, maintenance records, and project updates.
• Maintain proper filing of technical drawings, permits, and operational documents.
• Submit accomplishment reports and technical recommendations to management.
• Participate in technical training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other departments.
• Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by management.
