Qualifications

• Must be licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Proficient in CAD, Electrical Load Design and Cost Estimation.
• Highly analytical and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data through site inspections, meetings, and leasing kit coordination to prepare electrical designs and cost schedules.
• Drafts electrical plans based on requirements and mall guidelines.
• Takes off quantities and prepares BOMs and cost estimates; prepares bid documents.
