Job summary

Lennor Group is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Construction Design Engineer for an industrial plant project based in Pasig. Ideal candidates will be licensed engineers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in design and construction, as well as proficiency in Material Take-Off and cost estimates. An opportunity to work onsite in Japan for specific projects is also available. Candidates must be willing to learn the Japanese language.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, PRC Licensed.
• 5+ years as Electrical & Instrumentation Construction Design Engineer.
• Proficient in Material Take-Off and Cost Estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare E&I Construction Drawings for bidding projects.
• Conduct Material Take-Offs and Cost Estimates.
• Understand bidding-related references like flow sheets and diagrams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparation, planning, and checking of E&I Construction Drawings related toBidding Projects such as; Main Cable Route Drawing, Cable Tray Layout,Equipment Arrangement Drawing, Cable Tray Size Calculation, Cable Sizing, etc.or Waste-to-Energy Plants, Oil & Gas Processing Plants, and otherEnvironmental/Energy related plants.

• Preparation of Material Take-Off, Cost Estimates, Bill of Quantity.

• Understanding of bidding related references such as Input Output List,Instrument List, Motor List, Flow Sheet/Process Diagram, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram Panel Loading Data, etc.

What our Client is Looking For:

• Graduate of BS Electrical Eng’g. PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer.

• With at least 5 years of work experience as an Electrical & InstrumentationConstruction Design Engineer in industrial plant projects.

• Proficient or having experience in Material Take-Off, Cost Estimates, and Bill ofQuantity is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.

• Well-versed in local and international design codes such as IEC, ANSI, NEMA,JIS, and others.

• Must be willing to be dispatched in Japan headquarter office (at least 1month to 6 months as project-in-charge).

• Must be willing and interested to work with Japanese counterparts.

• Must be willing to study and learn the Japanese language to be able tocommunicate with Japanese counterparts/subcontractors.
