Job summary

CDCC is seeking a Resident Engineer - Electrical | Auxiliary to supervise and ensure successful delivery of electrical and auxiliary components on construction projects in Cebu City. You will oversee contractors, monitor progress, enforce safety and quality, and contribute to project reports and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, at least 3 years in construction PM with electrical focus, and strong knowledge of industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management with focus on electrical and auxiliary work.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, codes, and best practices in electrical and auxiliary engineering.
• Proficient in scheduling and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and auxiliary construction activities, focusing on safety, timeliness, and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop plans, schedules, and resource allocations for electrical and auxiliary work.
• Contribute to project progress reports and maintain construction documentation related to electrical and auxiliary aspects.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety and regulatory standards in electrical and auxiliary work.
