Job summary

CDCC Builders Inc. is seeking a Resident Engineer - Electrical | Auxiliary to lead electrical and auxiliary works on construction projects.

You will supervise contractors, monitor progress, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to progress reports and documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, a Registered Electrical Engineer licence (PMP preferred), and at least 3 years’ PM experience in electrical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Registered Electrical Engineer licence is required.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction PM with electrical/auxiliary focus.
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Proficient in construction management software and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, analytical, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and auxiliary construction activities with safety, quality, and technical compliance.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and allocate resources for electrical/auxiliary work.
• Coordinate electrical/auxiliary activities with project plans and budgets.
• Contribute to progress reports and maintain electrical/auxiliary documentation.
