Job summary

Eureka Coldega Corporation is seeking a Safety & Documentation Officer to oversee EHS compliance, documentation control, and support QMS implementation across cold storage operations in Balagtas, Bulacan. The role ensures DOLE OSH standards, HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001:2015, and environmental guidelines are followed.

You will act as Documentation Controller for SOPs, forms, and regulatory documents, maintain master lists, and support audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Safety Management, or related field.
• BOSH / COSH certification within 3 months.
• 2–3 years of experience in safety, documentation control, or compliance in cold storage, FMCG/manufacturing, and logistics/warehousing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP/FSMS, GMP, SSOP standards.
• Experience in internal audits is an advantage.
• The incumbent will be assigned in Balagtas, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS compliance and safety program management.
• Conduct daily safety inspections in warehouse and loading docks.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigations.
• Maintain documentation alignment with ISO 9001, HACCP, FSMS, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections (NMIS, BFAR, FDA, DOLE, DENR).
• Act as Documentation Controller for SOPs, forms, and regulatory documents.
• Lead ERT coordination and safety drills.
• Prepare and maintain safety training records and attendance.
