Job summary

D.M Consunji Inc. is seeking an EHS Officer Level 2 to oversee safety programs and regulations at the Manila project site. You will implement procedures, monitor compliance, and ensure personnel are educated on safe practices across all construction stages.

The role requires at least 3 years of Safety Officer experience, deep knowledge of workplace hazards and risk control, plus COSH certification. PCO certification is an advantage and strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in a construction company.
• In-depth knowledge of safety programs, workplace hazards, accidental risks, and risk control measures.
• Well-versed in safety policies, implementation, hazard identification, and risk analysis.
• Skilled in preparing safety reports and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of safety rules, policies, and regulations.
• Knowledgeable in computer software applications.
• CosH Certification is required; PCO Certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Safety Programs and Regulations at the project site
