Qualifications

• Curious, proactive and eager to expand knowledge in financial data and client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and change activities for EDMaaS clients under guidance.
• Assist with governance and documentation, maintain client runbooks, and track updates.
• Triage low- to mid-complexity change requests and communicate progress to clients.
