You will act as the primary contact for authors, provide constructive feedback, and drive improvements in editorial processes while managing workloads and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Proofread manuscripts for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
• Maintain high editorial standards across all deliverables.
• Assign and monitor tasks for editors, ghostwriters, and quality check teams.
• Ensure optimal workload distribution and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Supervise the editorial review process to ensure content aligns with company guidelines and client expectations.
• Provide feedback and ensure revisions are implemented effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for authors.
• Communicate updates, gather inputs, and address queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as production, design, and sales to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
