We are seeking an Editorial Print Production Manager to manage and oversee editorial print projects from concept to delivery. This role requires proven expertise in editorial printing and strong coordination skills to ensure high-quality outcomes across brochures, single sheets, and other litho projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Editorial Print Management: Lead production of brochures, single sheets, and litho projects.
• Specifications Oversight: Define and manage paper, color, and texture requirements.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with printing vendors, review blueprints, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Traffic & Logistics: Manage schedules, deliveries, and logistics to meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to align priorities.

Must-have Skills

• 6+ years of experience in editorial print production (mandatory).
• Editorial Experience with proven track record in managing editorial print projects.
• Digital & Litho Print Buying: At least 5 years of experience in purchasing and managing digital and litho print processes.
• English level: B2+ or C1 Advanced.
• Strong knowledge of litho printing, specifications, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects in deadline-driven environments.
• Availability to work in CST US time zone.

Nice-to-have

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
• Experience in literature coordination and taxonomy management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
