Job summary

Cardinal Health in the Philippines seeks a Business Analyst to manage EDI trading partner setups across business units and to interface with IT for requirements and solutions. You will document needs, coordinate with internal and external partners, and support root-cause analysis using ServiceNow and EDI tools.

The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration across teams, and adherence to SLAs while guiding implementations end-to-end.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
2 - 3 years of experience, preferred.
Strong trouble shooting skills - critical thinking a must.
Ability to interface with internal & external partners and facilitate meetings.
EDI experience/ knowledge required.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for adding new and supporting existing EDI Trading Partner setups for all business units.
Utilize Service Now ticket tracking software to manage all requests and enhancements.
Provide comprehensive technical consultation to business and IT units.
Work with external trading partners to identify business requirements for EDI implementations.
Maintain understanding of customer goals and apply to business solutions.
Maintain business SLAs including metrics and dashboards.
