Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking an EDGE L2 Shift Engineer to provide L2 IT support, monitor live environments, and manage Linux and Windows servers in a 24/7 onsite operation.

You will resolve incidents in real time, assist deployments, and collaborate with global teams while aiming to meet SLA/OLA targets; candidates should have Linux-focused IT support experience, strong networking knowledge, and familiarity with monitoring tools and cloud/container technologies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year IT support experience with a Linux focus.
• Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios).
• Cloud & containers exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Nice-to-have scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with file systems (ZFS, DRBD, Ceph).

• CouchDB or security‑sensitive environments
