Your role

The Sales Operations Associate will manage the daily eCommerce sales operations for the operations of the Singapore office.

• Product Portfolio Management
  • Competitor analysis – Product pricing and market research to benchmark against competitors’ products
  • Updating inventory and promotions pricing for online channels
  • Supporting coordination with eCommerce partners like Lazada, Shopee, and others
  • Creating and updating product content on online eCommerce stores
• Customer Experience
  • Creating the optimal post-purchase customer experience
  • Collaborate with eCommerce partner couriers to track KPIs and optimize process efficiency
  • Coordinating with different internal stakeholders on any misplaced orders, wrong deliveries, etc.
  • Special projects: Customer Failed Transaction outreach
  • Analysis: Reviewing sales performance, operational KPIs, etc
• Other tasks
  • Order Management: working with different stakeholders to process orders and make sure that customers have an excellent customer journey
  • Invoicing and dispute management
  • Market research and data collection

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines concurrently, showing time management and prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented and work well under pressure with tight timelines
• Competent in MS Office applications
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce web frameworks or tools is a plus, e.g. WooCommerce, Shopify, HTML, CSS
