The Digital Marketing Team is the engine behind data‑driven growth for our brand partners across Asia’s eCommerce landscape. The team specializes in performance marketing across marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, focusing on the entire 360‑degree customer journey and building better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel.

The part you will play

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager based in the Philippines who can drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business. This role owns relationships with leading brand partners, manages best‑in‑class digital marketing, and executes campaigns that align with client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead on selected account clusters with executive reporting to senior leaders.
• Act as the go‑to person for market leads on account clusters.
• Lead client management, ensuring strong relationships and smooth execution.
• Lead full‑funnel brand strategy and coordinate execution across key marketing and sales channels such as videos, livestream, and affiliates.
• Oversee campaign setup, strategic direction, and optimization to achieve key KPI metrics across eCommerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop), Shopify, SEM (Google Shopping), and social media (Collaborative/CPAS).
• Work closely with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs, and produce ongoing reporting.
• Manage revenue delivery and budget spending, including daily optimization and real‑time targeting recommendations.
• Create A/B testing frameworks and implementations to ensure consistent growth.
• Manage analytics and performance reporting with clients, advising on optimization potential and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of eCommerce or digital marketing experience, either working with eCommerce platforms or in a media agency/e‑commerce enabler.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce marketplace marketing (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop).
• Experience in client management is essential.
• Proficiency with Facebook and TikTok ads.
• Experience with full‑funnel brand activation and strategy.
• Proficient in media planning, budget management, and ad performance optimization.
• Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, UTM, and third‑party ad serving.
• Strong understanding of major advertising success metrics.
• Familiarity with measurement platforms like Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong sense of data and numbers.
• Adaptable and thrives in a fast‑paced, start‑up‑like eCommerce environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Digital marketing certifications on Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, TikTok Media Buying, and eCommerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada are a plus.
