Job summary

Gingersnaps Philippines in Metro Manila seeks an E-commerce Account Specialist to manage our online storefronts across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and Shopify. You will coordinate closely with Marketing and Merchandising Planning and Control to ensure online strategies align with overall business objectives and seasonal campaigns.

You will optimize listings, track KPIs, collaborate with Store Operations, Fulfillment, and Customer Service, and translate data into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Hands-on with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, or similar.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills in Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage online storefronts across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and Shopify.
• Optimize product listings with compelling titles and images.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Merchandising to align online sales with campaigns.
