Job summary

Enclave BioActives is hiring an AI Video Editor to push what's possible with AI-generated advertising creative. We want someone who can use AI as a creative production engine and produce ads at scale for Meta and other paid social channels.

You will generate AI footage, turn static images into dynamic sequences, create AI characters and environments, and collaborate with our Content team to test multiple hooks and variations while maintaining visual continuity.

Qualifications

• You already have experience creating AI-generated video content.
• You understand both AI generation and traditional video editing.
• You know how to take imperfect AI outputs and turn them into polished creative.
• You have strong prompting and visual ideation skills.
• You understand composition, pacing, storytelling, lighting, movement, and visual continuity.
• You can maintain character and visual consistency across multiple shots.
• You're comfortable combining outputs from several AI tools into one finished piece.
• You can work quickly without accepting mediocre output just because AI made it.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-powered video ads for Meta and other paid social channels.
• Generate original video footage and visual assets using leading AI video and image-generation platforms.
• Turn static images into dynamic video sequences.
• Create believable AI characters, environments, product scenarios, and lifestyle scenes.
• Experiment with AI avatars, voice generation, lip-sync, and other synthetic media techniques.
• Combine AI-generated footage with traditional video editing, motion graphics, UGC, stock footage, and existing brand assets.
• Turn creative briefs into AI-driven executions.
• Produce multiple variations to test hooks, visuals, characters, and settings.
• Collaborate with Content team to turn ideas into ads quickly.

Not someone who occasionally uses AI to remove a background. Not someone who generated a few cool videos and posted them on X. We want someone who can actually use AI as a creative production engine.

We're Enclave BioActives - the company behind Emma Relief, one of the fastest-growing gut health brands in the direct-to-consumer space. We've built a major DTC health & wellness business with a large customer base, thousands of positive reviews, and a significant performance marketing operation.

And when you're producing advertising creative at scale, you run into a problem: You always need more creative. More concepts. More footage. More characters. More environments. More variations. More ways to visualize an idea that might otherwise require an entire production shoot.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• You'll create AI-powered video ads for Meta and other paid social channels.
• You'll generate original video footage and visual assets using leading AI video and image-generation platforms.
• You'll turn static images into dynamic video sequences.
• You'll create believable AI characters, environments, product scenarios, and lifestyle scenes.
• You'll experiment with AI avatars, voice generation, lip-sync, and other synthetic media techniques.
• You'll combine AI-generated footage with traditional video editing, motion graphics, UGC, stock footage, and existing brand assets.
• You'll take creative briefs and figure out: "How can AI bring this idea to life?"
• You'll create multiple variations of concepts so our team can test different hooks, visuals, characters, settings, and approaches.
• You'll work closely with our Content team to turn ideas into ads quickly.
