We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Video Editor who combines creative instincts with cutting-edge AI tools to produce high-performing video content at scale. In this role, you won't just edit — you'll leverage AI-powered workflows to ideate, generate, and optimize video content faster and smarter than ever before.

Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Production: Use AI video tools (e.g. Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs) to generate and enhance video content for paid ads, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Content Creation: Combine AI-generated footage with raw assets to create polished, conversion-focused videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Scaling Creatives: Rapidly produce multiple creative variations using AI workflows to support A/B testing and performance optimization
• Automated Editing: Use AI tools to auto-generate captions, voiceovers, sound effects, transitions, and motion elements
• Prompt Engineering: Craft prompts and creative briefs to guide AI tools toward outputs that align with Faccelove's brand identity and quality standards
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and creative team to develop and execute AI-enhanced content strategies
• Trend & Tool Awareness: Continuously monitor AI tool developments, social media trends, and platform algorithm changes to keep content fresh and effective
• Asset Management: Maintain organized libraries of AI-generated assets, prompts, and project files for repeatability and efficiency
• Deadline Management: Deliver projects on time while maintaining quality across a high volume of content

Skills Required

• AI Video Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI video generation and editing tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia, or equivalent
• Prompt Engineering: Strong understanding of prompt engineering for video, image, and audio generation
• Traditional Editing Foundation: Solid foundation in traditional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro) to refine and polish AI outputs
• Short-Form Expertise: Deep familiarity with short-form video formats and best practices for TikTok, Reels, and paid social
• Visual Sense: Creative eye for pacing, visual storytelling, and brand-consistent composition
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and brand fit

Preferred

• Experience producing AI-generated or AI-assisted content for beauty, skincare, or cosmetics brands
• Familiarity with AI avatar and spokesperson tools (e.g. HeyGen, D-ID) for scalable UGC-style ads
• Experience editing or generating UGC and paid social media creatives
• Background in motion graphics or visual effects to complement AI-generated outputs
• Understanding of ad creative performance metrics and how to iterate based on data
