Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology,HR,Instructional Design,Education,Writing, or related field.
• Experience in instructional design and training materials creation, specifically e-learning.
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline 360 is beneficial.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design e-learning material according to Global People function requirements and standards.
• Set up new material in learning management systems and assist in maintaining system setup.
• Establish and maintain development processes for in‑house e‑learnings and oversee materials maintenance over time.
• Conduct continuous reviews of e‑learning feedback to identify and address issues and enhance material impact.
• Perform annual reviews of existing in‑house courses for updates and coordinate with subject matter experts for content modifications.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to keep content fresh, relevant, and aligned with evolving needs.
• Gather and reflect on user feedback to refine and enhance learning journeys.
• Manage and evolve learning platforms to improve the learner experience.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR, Instructional Design, Education, Writing, Communication, or related field
