Job summary

Toys'R'Us ANZ Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to coordinate daily customer service across our online stores and marketplaces, handling refunds, returns, warranties, and gift card management. You will work with Shopify, SAP, and WMS to keep data accurate and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.

You’ll collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, and Warehouse teams, respond promptly to enquiries, and help maintain our brand’s trusted customer care across ANZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within retail/ecommerce is required.
• Proficiency with multi-channel support platforms and order handling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries across channels and resolve refunds, returns, and warranty claims promptly.
• Coordinate data flow between Shopify, SAP and WMS to ensure accuracy.
• Support gift card management and dropship order coordination.
• Produce regular service metrics and identify process improvements.
