Responsibilities
- Provide first level IT support through diagnosing or troubleshooting problems and implementing corrective actions, remotely when applicable.
- Log updates and troubleshooting procedures in the ticketing system with clear, complete details.
- Follow SLA and escalation procedures for issues beyond the initial scope of support.
- Take accountability for user issues through to resolution and monitor escalations on behalf of the customer.
- Proactively raise potential issues from existing problems or system changes and ensure tickets are resolved before closing.
- Communicate with customers professionally and handle inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Turn over pending tasks during scheduled absences and contribute to team/unit goals.
- Contribute to on-site or field service tasks as required by role and client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification where specified (e.g., IT, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields)
- Strong customer service skills and analytical ability; able to learn quickly and adapt under pressure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting PCs and basic IT networking concepts; willingness to learn and work across multiple technologies.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and communicate effectively (oral and written).
- Willingness to travel, work onsite when required, and rotate shifts (morning/mid-day/night, weekends/holidays as applicable).
- Languages: proficiency in English; some roles specify Mandarin or other language requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Various ranges depending on role, up to Php 240,000 per year in some postings or Php 18,000–26,000 per month in others.
Locations: Philippines (various cities including Makati, Pasig, Cavite, Rizal, General Trias, etc.).
