Job summary

Blue Aurora Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate based at our main warehouse in Mandaluyong, Philippines, to help manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.

You will dispatch orders, assemble packages, coordinate with drivers, and contribute to process improvements while staying adaptable in a fast-paced environment and supporting weekend/holiday coverage if needed. The ideal candidate has experience in eCommerce or logistics, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, logistics, warehouse, dispatch, or operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in solving operational issues.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work on essential operations of our eCommerce platform like dispatching orders, assembling of orders and coordinating with our drivers.
• Ensure our operations are all working efficiently.
• Introduce and implement new processes to improve our operations.
• Regularly maintain our eCommerce operations.
• Other tasks that may be assigned to fulfill the duties above.
