About the role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Officer (Shopify) to join our dynamic team at Supcart Trading Corporation. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our Shopify e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. Based in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, Metro Manila, this position will play a crucial part in driving our digital marketing and sales efforts.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain our Shopify e-commerce store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment

• Implement and optimise various digital marketing strategies, such as search engine optimisation (SEO), email campaigns, and social media marketing, to drive traffic and sales

• Analyse website and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven decisions

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging product content and campaigns

• Provide excellent customer service and support to online customers

• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, best practices, and Shopify platform updates

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year experience in handling Shopify

• Knowledge in implementing online promotional concepts

• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced working environment
