Job summary

Centennial Food Corporation is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist in Bulacan to manage online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, and a company website. You will optimize listings, process orders, and run campaigns to meet revenue targets.

You will monitor performance, coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics, and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance is essential, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Management, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Online Sales, Digital Marketing, or Marketplace Management.
Experience handling Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms is preferred.
Knowledge of online selling processes and marketplace policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is highly preferred.
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willing to coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain online stores and marketplace accounts with complete product listings and promotions.
Monitor store ratings, product performance, and customer feedback for updates and promotions.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for order preparation and dispatch.
Ensure orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time per platform rules.
Track daily, weekly, monthly online sales and compare with targets.
Prepare regular e-commerce sales reports and analyze best-selling products.
Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, vouchers, discounts, bundles, and promotions.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent stock-outs.
Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, refunds, returns, and replacements.
Analyze marketplace performance metrics like revenue, orders, conversion, and AOV.
