Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial experience in graphic design, including social media, email, and POS materials.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant commercial work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Sketchup, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva).
• Ability to switch seamlessly between digital and print design.
• Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect design standards.
• Photography and video skills are a plus.
• Basic photo editing experience (cropping, brightening, blemish fixes).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Proactive and creative problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to accept feedback and adapt designs while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Create assets for social media posts and stories, paid campaigns, website content, POS and retail displays, email templates and images, and other marketing materials.
• Translate briefs into creative concepts, drafts, and final designs while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Deliver visually engaging campaigns that drive audience engagement.
• Ensure all designs are fit for purpose and suitable for the target media.
• Basic photo editing to maintain brand consistency.
• Provide ad hoc marketing support, including short-form content for TikTok and Instagram.
