Job summary

RUSTAN COMMERCIAL CORPORATION is seeking an E-Commerce Content Producer to research materials and write product content for online and offline campaigns.

You will deploy content across the company website, email, and social channels to engage customers and drive sales, with rotation across categories.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in similar roles, strong English writing, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite; basic coding is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications/Journalism, Digital, Visual Arts, Marketing or similar combinations
• Proficient in creative writing, content management, and production
• Strong written English and verbal communication
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in a production/publishing environment
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and basic coding is a plus
• 1-2 years of relevant experience; familiarity with e-commerce or content publishing systems

Job description

The E-Commerce Content Producer is a multi-skilled content writer and producer who is primarily responsible for researching materials and copywriting content for Company products, services and marketing events.

The contents produced are deployed in the Company’s online website, email and social media channels as well as in offline advertising and promotions campaigns in order to engage both digital and offline customers, encourage them to purchase and drive achievement of sales revenues.

There are several Content Producers and they may be assigned and rotated as needed in emergencies and to broaden expertise to handle particular product categories, e.g. Beauty, Women’s, Men’s, Home and Kids.

Education

Degree in Communications/Journalism, Digital, Visual Arts, Marketing or similar combinations

Skills & Knowledge

• Good creative writing,content management and production skills

• Good written English and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Able to make timely decisions and anticipate problems

• Information monitoring and analytical skills

• Strong time management and organizational skills, preferably in a production and/or publishing environment

• Moderately fast typing skills

• Superior computer literacy

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Apple OS, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)

• Basic coding an advantage

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
