Job summary

Technosoft is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams, customers, and functional consultants, leveraging AI-powered development tools and modern technologies to deliver high-quality solutions, manage integration tasks, and ensure scalable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, technical consulting, or enterprise application implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, and web-based application development.
• Experience developing integrations using APIs, web services, and modern integration technologies.
• Experience developing, customizing, integrating, or supporting solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in project-based and customer-facing environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global clients and multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including solution design, development, deployment, and support.
• Develop customizations, integrations, extensions, and enhancements for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and solution architecture artifacts.
• Support customer training, workshops, demonstrations, and implementation activities.
• Contribute to technical estimations, solution architecture discussions, and best-practice recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve development efficiency, solution quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, maintainability, and performance standards.
