Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a D365 F&O Technical resource (Consultant and Manager level) to design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 F&O projects for clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead solution architecture, deployments, and delivery while managing commercial expectations and acting as project Application Lead. Candidates should demonstrate strong requirements gathering, expertise with X++, C#, Visual Studio, and Azure-related services.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform; technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
• Strong technical requirements gathering skills with demonstrable experience.
• Proficient in using tools like X++, C#, Visual Studio, and version control systems.
• Knowledge of D365 FO concepts such as Extensions, CO C, OData/Logic Apps integrations, and AI-powered tools.
• Understanding of D365FO and Power Platform's role within broader digital ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI services and tools such as Azure Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Results-oriented with a client-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of software engineering practices in enterprise environments with D365FO.
• Knowledge of other Microsoft services such as Azure and AI is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 F&O projects for clients.
• Provide solution architecture, deployments, and delivery oversight.
• Manage commercial and customer expectations and act as project Application Lead.
• Adhere to project timelines, take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Create technical design documents (TDD) with high quality and standards.
• Gain basic understanding on system upgrades, Life Cycle Services (LCS), code deployment, code merging and system optimizations.
• Ensure high-quality documentation is created and managed according to project standards.
• Adhere to SDLC and Agile methodologies while preparing Technical Design Documents.
• Proactively learn about the latest Microsoft releases.
