Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant 2 ready to relocate to Malta. Hybrid work, full-time role with GMT+1 hours. You will design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.

A strong Power Platform background, client-facing skills, and ongoing certifications are essential for success. Relocation support including VISA and housing assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities.
• Experience with Power Platform accelerators, templates, and add-ons.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Willingness to study for certifications and keep up with roadmaps.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering solutions in waterfall and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for clients.
• Organise and document workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
• Interface with delivery team and solution architect to ensure requirements are met.
• Deliver consultancy work according to project methodology on time and on budget.
• Create client-ready documentation and support testing activities.
• Contribute to pre-sales with demos and proofs of concept.
• Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues as applicable.
• Participate in developing industry templates and solutions.
