Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide in-home treatment and education. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote mobility and pain relief.

Responsibilities include administering prescribed therapies, advising on exercise techniques, and documenting patient care history while adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with NPTE certification and active license.
• Residency credential from an APTA-accredited program is preferred.
• Excellent communication and note-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition.

• Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Creating personalized fitness-oriented health care programs for patients.
