Brightwave Trading OPC in Pasig is seeking a Live Host to represent our brand through engaging livestream sessions across e-commerce and social media platforms. This role focuses on showcasing products, driving customer engagement, increasing sales conversions, and maintaining a professional on-camera presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in livestream selling or hosting is an advantage.
• Confident speaking in front of cameras and large audiences.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, engaging, and sales-oriented personality.
• Familiarity with major livestream platforms is preferred.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and extended livestream hours.

Responsibilities

• Host and present live streaming sessions to promote products and engage viewers in real time.
• Demonstrate product features and usage in an energetic, persuasive manner.
• Answer customer inquiries during live sessions and encourage purchases.
• Build rapport with viewers and maintain audience engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan content and campaigns.
• Monitor livestream metrics such as views, engagement, and sales.
• Assist in product prep, set design, and technical setup before going live.
• Ensure content aligns with branding and platform guidelines.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve hosting.
• Maintain professional on-camera presence and brand image.
• Achieve KPIs, sales targets, and engagement goals.
• Coordinate with Live Operations on schedules and campaigns.
• Perform other livestream operations duties as assigned.
