Job summary

HelproGroupofCompanies is seeking Sorters - Inbound & Outbound to support our warehouse and logistics operations. You will receive, sort, scan, organize, and dispatch parcels accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates or college level, with or without warehouse experience, and comfortable with manual work, lifting parcels, and shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or College Level.
• With or without warehouse/logistics experience.
• Willing to perform manual work.
• Willing to lift and handle parcels/packages.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
• With complete/available government-mandated requirements.
• Willing to be assigned to the designated work location.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming parcels and shipments
• Sort and scan parcels according to destination or assigned area
• Check shipment labels and package information for accuracy
• Organize incoming parcels in designated areas
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly labeled packages
• Sort and scan parcels for dispatch
• Organize shipments according to assigned routes or destinations
• Prepare parcels for loading and dispatch
• Assist with loading and unloading of outbound shipments
• Ensure accurate handling and movement of parcels
