Job summary

DELLAGROUP CORPORATION is seeking a dynamic content creator to manage the full creative process—from ideation to on-camera hosting and post-production. You'll develop engaging videos for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and lead daily live-selling sessions to showcase brands and products.

You will script, film, edit, and publish content, respond to audience questions in the brand voice, and track performance with weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable appearing on camera in English and Filipino.
• Experience creating social media content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
• Experience with live-selling or presenting products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly content calendars for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop ideas for product demonstrations, relatable videos, educational content, behind-the-scenes footage, trends, and promotions.
• Write video hooks, short scripts, captions, talking points, and calls to action.
• Film short-form videos, product close-ups, demonstrations, lifestyle footage, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Appear on camera as a regular brand presenter, independently and with others.
• Edit videos with pacing, captions, music, graphics, and engaging openings.
• Host scheduled live-selling sessions with enthusiasm and clear product knowledge.
• Respond to routine comments and questions in the brand's voice.
• Track content reach, watch time, engagement, product clicks, and sales.
• Prepare a short weekly performance report with results and lessons.
