Job summary

Hotel H2O is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to standards. As Manager-on-Duty, you will coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and F&B to deliver seamless service and swift issue resolution.

You will monitor service levels, lead department teams, manage incidents, and review daily reports to drive improvements in efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Hotel Operations: Supervise hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless coordination among Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest concerns, VIP requests, and service recovery efforts promptly while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Monitor Operational Standards: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
• Lead and Support Hotel Teams: Provide leadership, guidance, and operational support to department supervisors and associates, ensuring effective communication and teamwork throughout each shift.
• Manage Incidents and Emergencies: Respond to operational issues, emergencies, guest incidents, and security concerns, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare Reports and Drive Continuous Improvement: Review daily operational reports, monitor occupancy and guest feedback, identify opportunities for service improvement, and recommend initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and the overall guest experience.
