Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Duty Engineer to maintain safe operating conditions across hotel systems and equipment. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hotel engineering or building maintenance, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems, and the ability to document activities in the logbook and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hotel engineering, building maintenance, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building maintenance systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair engineering equipment.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper operating conditions and ensure equipment is functioning safely.
• Record maintenance activities, equipment readings, repairs, and incidents in the engineering logbook.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments regarding maintenance concerns and guest requests.
