Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in the Philippines seeks a qualified Spa Therapist to deliver massage therapy, aromatherapy, facials, and related wellness treatments to guests across our properties. You will consult with guests to understand needs, prepare rooms and equipment, maintain a hygienic, relaxing spa environment, ensure safe handling of products, and collaborate with hotel teams.

Excellent customer service, strong communication, and a professional, well-groomed appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or formal training in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
• Relevant spa or massage therapy certification/license, where required.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic facial, body scrub, and body treatment procedures.
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hotel team.
