Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information systems, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of software engineering, automation, or digital solution delivery experience.
• Strong problem-solving with root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication to gather requirements and translate to tech solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, SharePoint Online or similar platforms.
• Experience across SDLC and familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies; relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications are desirable.

What you’ll be doing

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience across Finance Operations. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, practical automation solutions using approved DTA technologies. Deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs, technical standards, and governance requirements. Convert functional requirements into effective technical designs and implementations. Adhere to agile methodologies, development best practices, and documentation standards throughout the solution lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring solution stability and performance during hyper care and post-deployment support. Partner with senior developers and key stakeholders to drive sound design decisions and effective implementation approaches. Provide regular updates, clarify requirements, and proactively manage deliverables to support timely project execution.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in software engineering, automation, application development, or digital solution delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience applying continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis techniques.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with one or more of the following technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), SQL, SharePoint Online, reporting and analytics solutions, or similar automation platforms.
• Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and collaborative ways of working.
• Relevant technical certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Automation, Cloud Technologies, or related disciplines are highly desirable.
