As a DTA Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and support automation solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience across Finance Operations. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, apply innovative technologies, and contribute to Shell's digital transformation agenda.
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience across Finance Operations. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, practical automation solutions using approved DTA technologies. Deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs, technical standards, and governance requirements. Convert functional requirements into effective technical designs and implementations. Adhere to agile methodologies, development best practices, and documentation standards throughout the solution lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring solution stability and performance during hyper care and post-deployment support. Partner with senior developers and key stakeholders to drive sound design decisions and effective implementation approaches. Provide regular updates, clarify requirements, and proactively manage deliverables to support timely project execution.
Contribute to the development of practical, scalable, and business-aligned automation solutions.
Apply coding, testing, and documentation standards to ensure maintainable, reliable, and high-quality solutions.
Collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver measurable value.
