Job Summary

The Driver Technician is responsible for safely delivering commissary products to store branches while also performing basic technical maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment when needed. This role ensures timely deliveries and supports operational efficiency by assisting with minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport food products, supplies, and equipment to assigned branches on schedule
• Load and unload items with proper handling to prevent damage or spoilage
• Check delivery items for accuracy and completeness
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness and roadworthiness
• Follow all traffic rules and company safety policies
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and minor repairs of equipment (e.g., air conditioning units, refrigeration, or kitchen equipment)
• Report major technical issues to the maintenance team
• Support preventive maintenance activities when assignedCoordinate with commissary staff and store personnel regarding deliveries and technical concerns
• Respond to urgent delivery or maintenance requests

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate or vocational course (technical background is an advantage)
• Valid professional driver’s license (appropriate restriction code)
• Experience as a delivery driver; technical or maintenance experience is a plus
