Job Summary

The Material Management Staff/Driver is responsible for the safe transport, delivery, pull-out, and handling of company products, medical equipment, supplies, and documents. The position also assists in warehouse activities, inventory movement, loading/unloading, and maintenance of orderly storage areas.

The role plays a critical part in ensuring timely delivery, accountability of company assets, and proper handling of medical devices and supplies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Delivery & Transport

• Safely transport medical equipment, supplies, and company documents to clients, hospitals, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Ensure timely delivery and pull-out of units and materials.
• Assist in loading and unloading of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of medical devices during transport.
• Verify items against delivery receipts, pull-out forms, and inventory documents.
• Report damaged, missing, or incomplete items immediately.

Warehouse & Inventory Support

• Assist in organizing warehouse materials and inventory.
• Support stock movement and material issuance activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage and loading areas.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct regular inspection and basic maintenance of assigned vehicle.
• Monitor fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and vehicle condition.
• Ensure vehicle documents are updated and compliant.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow company safety procedures and traffic regulations.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism during client interactions.

Qualifications
