Qualifications

About the role

Wheels Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Driver - Pull Out to join our road transport operations team. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Driver - Pull Out, you will be responsible for operating and managing vehicles for pull-out operations, ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods whilst maintaining the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and safety compliance. This role is critical to our logistics operations and directly impacts our ability to serve our customers reliably and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Operating vehicles safely and efficiently whilst adhering to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols

• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify any issues or maintenance requirements

• Maintaining accurate logbooks and delivery documentation for all trips and deliveries

• Communicating with dispatch and logistics teams regarding route updates, delays, and delivery status

• Securing and properly turnover of unit in accordance with safety guidelines and customer specifications

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle interior and exterior

• Reporting any accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle damage immediately to management

• Adhering to fuel efficiency best practices and optimising routes when appropriate

• Assisting with basic vehicle maintenance and repairs as directed

What we're looking for

• A valid and current professional driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle classification being operated

• Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience in road transport or logistics operations

• Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety standards in the Philippines

• Excellent vehicle operation and handling skills with a proven track record of safe driving

• Ability to read maps, understand route plans, and navigate using GPS systems

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with dispatch and team members

• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks

• Physical fitness and ability to lift and secure cargo safely

• Punctuality and reliability with a strong commitment to meeting delivery schedules

• Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and route requirements

• A clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents in the past three years

• Preferably, experience with logistics management systems or delivery tracking software
