Job summary

A logistics company is urgently hiring a Driver/Helper to be based in Taguig City. The ideal candidate should be physically fit and possess basic driving and maintenance skills. Responsibilities include assisting drivers, managing delivery records, and ensuring adherence to safety policies. This full-time position offers minimum wage plus overtime, with various government-mandated benefits. Immediate start is preferred. Ideal for high school or college graduates with a non-professional or professional driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a High School/College Graduate.
• Preferably has driving/delivery experience.
• Must be physically fit for lifting heavy equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge of trucks recommended.
• Must be flexible, hardworking and able to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers in finding delivery locations.
• Compile accurate delivery records and reports.
• Liaise with the logistics team regarding changes to routes.
• Coordinate with main office or warehouse team on route changes.
• Obtain client signatures as acknowledgment of delivery and ensure safety policies are followed.

DRIVER/HELPER to be assigned at Ibayo, Tipas Taguig City

Qualifications

• At least High School/College Graduate are welcome to apply!
• Preferably with truck driving/delivery driving experience as a Driver/Helper
• Must be physically fit, have normal physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment
• Knows how to basic trouble‑shooting and maintenance of trucks.
• Must be flexible and hardworking
• Assisting drivers to find delivery locations.
• Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
• Reporting all delivery‑related problems to supervisor / logistics manager.
• Liaising with the main office or the warehouse logistics team to notify the driver of any changes to daily routes.
• Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift.
• Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
• Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
