Key Responsibilities

Transportation of Personnel and Goods

• Safely transport company staff, products, and materials to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, products, and materials as needed.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy and compliant with safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Report any mechanical issues or defects to management for repair.

Route Planning and Navigation

• Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Utilize GPS devices or map applications to navigate effectively.

Record Keeping

• Maintain a travel log to record work hours, travel time, and locations traveled to.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management promptly.
