• Safe and Timely Transport: Operate vehicles to transport goods, passengers, or materials to designated locations while adhering to traffic laws and ensuring safety at all times.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the vehicle, report any issues, and ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained.
• Route Planning and Navigation: Plan efficient routes, using GPS or maps to minimize delays, and adjust schedules as needed based on traffic or weather conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License: Possess a valid and clean driver’s license for the appropriate vehicle type, with a strong driving record and adherence to traffic laws.
• Physical Fitness and Stamina: Ability to sit for extended periods, lift and load items when necessary, and manage long driving hours without compromising safety.
• Good Communication and Navigation Skills: Strong ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively with clients or dispatchers, and navigate routes using GPS or maps.
