Qualifications

• BS Nursing degree with active PHRN license.
• At least 1 year hospital bedside experience.
• Onsite attendance in Makati during training; hybrid work thereafter.
• Willing to accept a 2-year training bond.
• Willing to commit for long-term employment (no plans to take NCLEX or pursue abroad)

Responsibilities

• Audits within the DRG Validation Audit Program to verify that coding on a claim submission is supported by medical record documentation.
• Check codes for alignment with Official Coding Guidelines, ICD Coding Manual, and Coding Clinics.
