Good Neighbors International is looking for a Donor and Volunteer Engagement Officer to support Korean visitors, local volunteering, and community engagement. Qualifications

Job description

The Donor and Volunteer Engagement Officer will be stationed in the Head Office and will be tasked to support Korean visitor arrivals, local volunteering assistance, community engagement and donor relations.

Essential Responsibilities:

Korean Visitors Support

  • Coordinate and facilitate visits of Korean sponsors, donors, and delegations.

  • Provide translation assistance and ensure smooth communication and cultural exchange.

  • Prepare itineraries and manage on-site logistics for visiting delegations.


Local Volunteering Support

  • Develop and manage volunteer programs to engage local communities in Good Neighbors projects.

  • Coordinate volunteer activities and events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Maintain a database of active volunteers and conduct regular follow-ups for engagement.


Local Sponsor Support

  • Develop and nurture relationships with local sponsors and donors.

  • Prepare regular updates, reports, and appreciation materials for sponsors.

  • Organize sponsor engagement events and recognition activities.

Telemarketing for Local Fundraising

  • Implement and manage telemarketing campaigns to expand local fundraising efforts.

  • Reach out to potential individual and corporate donors to promote sponsorship programs.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance to improve donor acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in donor relations, volunteer management, fundraising, or customer service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in both English and Filipino required.

  • Basic Korean communication skills required (must be able to handle daily conversations). A TOPIK Level 4 or higher is preferred (TOPIK results must be presented).

  • Strong organizational and event coordination skills.

  • Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
